Requirements:

TRUCK SAFETY SHOE FITTINGS/ROUTE SALES:

• Clean driving record, and willingness to drive, park, and set up a box truck (Do not worry, we will train you).
• Promote and support the high quality of Beck's Shoes brand image through professional confident selling and customer service skills.
• Measure and fit customers properly
• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications of product and introduce to upgraded footwear and products.
• Maintain truck standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment that rewards for delivering world-class service and delighting our customers.
• Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts. Flexible hours and some overnights.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs.

WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER:

• Work independently and in team setting to process all product shipments and get them to our retail stores.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• One Team. One Goal. One Attitude.
• Quick, efficient, and detailed.

TRANSFER TRUCK DRIVER:

• Clean driving record.
• Deliver goods and move product between our Bay Area locations (Monday-Friday).
• Attention to detail and following process.
• Following safety and truck protocols to ensure everything happens efficient and safe.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
